• What is Bookplaze App?

  The Bookplaze App is a digital bookstore that serves to cater to the sales and distribution of all versions of books -print books, eBooks, and audiobooks. It is the digital initiative of Bookplaze - a bookstore popularly known for the sales of quality books.

• How do I become a member?

  You can sign up for the service by clicking the “Get Started” button on the mobile app or the “Become a member” button on the homepage of the website.

• How do I find books to read?

  You can find books by browsing through the search bar or searching by book titles and an author's name. You can also add books to your library to read or buy later.

• How do I access the service?

  You can access the library by downloading the mobile app from google play (Android) here. You can also purchase the book online by visiting www.bookplaze.com on any internet-enabled device including phones, tablets and PCs.

• How do I publish my books on Bookplaze?

  After creating an account, click on the "Become an Author" button in your profile and follow all the instructions. Kindly note that this can only be done on the web.

• How do I sign up for the service?

  You can sign up for the service by clicking the “Get Started” button on the mobile app or the “Become a member” button on the homepage of the website.

• What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

  Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link next to the login button and follow the instructions. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you continue to experience problems.

• Is there a limit on how many browsers or devices I can use?

  You can buy books on the Bookplaze app and the website, but you can only read and listen to them on your mobile device ONLY

• What devices can I use to access the Mobile App?

  The Bookplaze App works on Android (6.0) and higher versions, IOS devices are currently not supported on the current version of the Bookplaze app

• Can I download books?

  No, you can't download books on your devices but as soon as books are purchased, it will be available for reading in your Library for offline reading on the mobile app, however, this option is not available on the web.

• How do I get help?
